General Information
The College of Theology and Education offers well-structured programs in Theology, Missions and Christian Education Social Work in Romanian, Russian and Turkish languages. The professional staff is comprised of fifteen full-time professors and a number of other professors who work on a contract basis. Each member of the staff has graduated from institutions of higher learning in Romania, Russia, or in the United States. Hence, students enrolled in the college of Theology and Education are provided with a solid, spiritual, academic and practical education.
The length of the programs in the College of theology and Education are eight semesters, which equals approximately four years of study.
Seven of the semesters require full-time study with the last semester being specifically designed for practical ministry. During the last semester, students are assigned to work in a local church with a pastor who serves as their mentor. During the course of the final semester, students are required to return ot the collect for one week in order to assist at a course in Practical Theology.
Other services offered by the College include a computer class, library, and reading hall. The kitchen also provides students with two meals per day. In addition, the choir of the College of Theology and Education takes part in numerous evangelical programs, sponsored by the Baptist Union of Moldova, throughout the course of the semester.
